Study on the influence of coating amount of new aluminized composite film adhesive

the composite effect of composite film is not only affected by the coating amount of adhesive, curing temperature and time, but also related to the humidity of production environment, composite temperature, film tension control and other factors. The influence of coating amount on the peel strength of BOPP  VMCPP in full page printing is shown in the table below

in the table: in the comparison experiment of the coating amount of yh501sl and yh501s, we found that yh501s presents a parabolic shape with the increase of the coating amount. When the coating amount is 2.5-3.5g  full, the peel strength is the highest, reaching 1.8-2.2n  15mm, while the peel strength of yh501sl increases with the increase of the coating amount. When it is 2.5-3.5g  full, the peel strength can reach 2.2-3.2n  15mm, and the peel strength is higher; When the coating amount is greater than 3.2g, the material is partially damaged; When the coating amount is greater than 3.5G, most of the materials are damaged

it can be seen from the table that when the coating amount is greater than 2.0g, the peel strength of yh501sl vm10 composite full-scale printing BOPP VMCPP reaches and exceeds yh501s and imported glue D, but if the peel strength reaches the maximum, it is recommended that the coating amount is not less than 3.0g
